Dr. Katharina Lasota Heller will be participating in the discussion panel Navigating NFTs: What Practitioners Need to Know on Thursday, May 26, 2022 - from 16:45 to 17:30. Together with Jim Gatto, Sheppard Mullin, United States - Moderator, and Steve Krause, Dapper Labs, United States, Katharina will discuss the key legal considerations associated with NFTs, including the complex issues of applicable law and regulation that may arise with cross-border sales.
On the contrary, Carmen De La Cruz will be presenting the panelist of all past female ITechLaw Association presidents as well as leading the ITechLaw Association I-WIN breakfast session to discuss developments in the IT world from a legal perspective.
